We are free and we do not know it. It feels the furthest thing from possible. We swear we are at the mercy of what goes wrong, what goes right. And yet, freedom is right here. Being able to live in the present moment is truly the only way we find peace in our lives. The present moment is life. Living in the "future OR the past" is where suffering, or unrest resides. We can not act or think skillfully unless we are completely in touch with this beautiful perfect present moment.
